From tomorrow, September 2, "Seat reservations" are available at the JR Kyoto Isetan store by phone or online. Please be careful not to make a mistake when making a reservation.

The reserved seats will be limited to one-hour shifts from the reserved time.

The appointment time you can specify is from 10:00 to 18:30.

Please note that there is a possibility that some items are already sold out at the time of your visit.
If there is an item you are looking for, we recommend that you make a reservation for an earlier time slot.

You can visit without a reservation, but if it is crowded, you may be asked to take a numbered ticket and be guided in turn.

If you wish to make a reservation for more than 5 persons, please contact the restaurant directly.
