Sa" is a Mont Blanc made with Japanese chestnuts produced in Tanba, Kyoto, and offers a more refreshing sweetness and mellow aroma compared to "ro".

『絽』は宮崎県えびの産の国産和栗を使用しています。
栗本来の甘みを感じて頂けるモンブランになっています。

『紬』は『絽』と同じ、宮崎県えびの産の和栗を使用していますが、「お子様やご年配のお客様にも錦糸モンブランを楽しんでいただきたい！」という思いから生まれた一回り小さいモンブランです。
